The palate follows on from the aromas with rosewater, strawberry, and a creamy mid palate. You will find a soft fleshy palate whilst retaining a fresh long finish.  A thoroughly enjoyable wine on a warm summer day or evening.

Winemaking Notes
Parcels of Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier grapes from the Blue Pyrenees Estate vineyard were harvested during the cool morning to retain flavour and brightness. The juice was fermented with selected yeast strains, to enhance aromatics that are found in this terroir-based rose. The wine underwent Malo-lactic fermentation and battonage on primary yeast lees, which imparts the creamy mid palate. These grapes and techniques create an ideal luncheon wine that matches many foods but should be served lightly chilled.
