What is the Single Vineyard Wine Club?

The Wine Club is about providing a unique and memorable wine experience. We understand for some customers the art of selecting the perfect wine for a special occasion, for a special someone or for dinner at home can be overwhelming with the breadth of choice available today. Our team at Blue Pyrenees have handpicked the best drops to suit your needs and make the process easy and hassle-free. And your wines are delivered direct to your door four times a year.

How much does it cost to join the Single Vineyard Wine Club?

The Wine Club is free to join and you only pay for the wine packs selected. To find out the cost of the wine packs please view the Package options here.

Which package did I sign up for?

To find out, simply sign in with your email address and password and click on ‘Account’. Your subscription package type will be listed under ‘Subscriptions’.

Can I switch my subscription package?

You are able to switch between package types but note that availability is limited and the package contents may change to accommodate adjustments. We process payments for recurring orders on the first day of the month and send the wine five days later, so please ensure your change is made prior to this date (by the last day of the month prior).

What wines will be in my shipment?

The wines that are picked for the shipment are indicated on our Packages page.

Can I choose the individual wines in my Wine Club pack?

The wines are chosen by our dedicated winemaking team. We uphold our promise to send you the best and most exclusive wines we have to offer.

When will the next package be shipped?

The Wine Club deliveries occur four times per year beginning around the 5th of each month in December, March, June and September. The cut off date for changes and updates will be on the last day of the month prior, so make sure your changes are updated before that date.

I will be away during my next shipment, what can I do?

If you will be away during the time of shipping, you can re-route your shipment to an address that will be able to receive it on your behalf. Simply log in and edit shipping details for the current shipment. Alternatively, you suspend your subscription in the Your Account section and choose which month you would like to recommence

Can I change the address my wine is shipped to?

If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address you can do this by logging in to your account and editing your shipping address.

Can I add more wine to my package?

You can place an additional order via the online store or by calling us on 03 5465 1111 or sending us an email to wineclub@bluepyrenees.com.au

What if I wasn’t expecting the wine delivery or credit card charge?

It is your responsibility to make any changes prior to the cut off date, we will not be able to refund any orders after they have been processed. All delivery dates and pack contents are available online

If you want to cancel or change your packs you can log in and update this information in your account prior to payments being processed on the 1st of the month.

You will receive an email once the payment has been processed to let you know your credit card has been charged and when to expect delivery.

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards will be processed on the 1st of each month (Dec/Mar/Jun/Sept) prior to shipping for recurring orders.

Can the courier leave my wine on my porch?

Yes, please leave your specific delivery instructions (Authority to Leave) when placing your order or select from the drop down menu. If you do not leave specific delivery instructions and you are not present at the time of delivery or if for any reason the carrier cannot deliver to your specified delivery address, a ‘Calling’ card with a contact number will be left at the specified delivery address.

The goods will then be returned to the carrier depot.

Goods will not be left at unattended premises without specific instructions from you when placing the order, nor will they be left with persons under the age of 18 years (proof of age will be required). You are responsible for contacting the carrier within 7 days of the date of the ‘Calling’ card. Blue Pyrenees is not responsible for goods that are left unattended at your request, or that remain unclaimed as a result of failing to contact the carrier within the timeframe specified above.
