The Single Vineyard Wine Club is the result of our team’s dedication to offer our members the best Blue Pyrenees experience possible. Our wine club packages include the best of our range, which allows you to adventure into our award winning brand. We want you to appreciate and love the winery, vineyard and varietals as much as we do. Here is what you can expect by joining this the Single Vineyard Wine Club:

You can choose to sign up to receive a recurring subscription (delivery months are March, June, September and December), or you may want to gift this experience to someone special. Our club has been created to reward our most valuable customers and we hope that you enjoy the experience!

WHAT IS THE SINGLE VINEYARD WINE CLUB?

The Wine Club is about providing a unique and memorable wine experience. We understand for some customers the art of selecting the perfect wine for a special occasion, for a special someone or for dinner at home can be overwhelming with the breadth of choice available today. Our team at Blue Pyrenees have handpicked the best drops in a range of packages to suit your needs and make the process easy and hassle-free. These wines are delivered to your door four times per year in March, June, September and December although you can order extra wine at the Store at any time and receive your member discount.

CAN I SWITCH MY SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE?

You are able to switch between package types as often as necessary. We process payments for recurring orders on the first day of each subscription month (March, June, September and December), so please ensure that your change is made prior to this date.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN THE SINGLE VINEYARD WINE CLUB?

The Wine Club is free to join and you only pay for the wine that you receive. To find out the cost of the various wine packs available please view the Package options here.

CAN I SKIP A DELIVERY?

Yes. If you’re going away or simply don’t need any wine you can skip upcoming deliveries by logging in to My Account and clicking ‘Suspend’. You will then be able to choose the month that you would like your subscription to recommence.

WHICH PACKAGE DID I SIGN UP FOR?

To view your current subscription package, simply sign in to My Account with your email address and the password created upon sign up. Your package choice will be listed under ‘Subscriptions’.

WHAT WINES WILL BE IN MY SHIPMENT?

The wines included in your subscription are the current vintage cellar door release for your package, as indicated at the Packages page.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Credit cards will be processed on the 1st of each month (March, June, September and December). Should payment fail on this day we will reattempt your credit card over a period of several days. Subscription packages are then sent the next working day after payment has been made.

CAN THE COURIER LEAVE THE WINE IF NO-ONE IS HOME?

Yes, our courier can leave the order in a specified place if no-one is available to take delivery of the wine.

Please enter your specific delivery instructions (Authority to Leave) when placing your order or adjust the address in My Account.

If you do not leave specific delivery instructions and you are not present at the time of delivery or if for any reason the carrier cannot deliver to your specified delivery address, a ‘Calling’ card with a contact number will be left at the specified delivery address.

The goods will then be returned to the carrier depot. If contact is not made within 7 days the wine will be returned to sender.

CAN I CHOOSE THE INDIVIDUAL WINES IN MY WINE CLUB PACK?

The wines in each package are chosen by our dedicated winemaking team and represent the best wines that Blue Pyrenees Estate has to offer.  Individual bottles within these subscription packages are not able to be adjusted, however there is a selection of 35 different packages to choose from. WHEN WILL THE NEXT PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?

The Wine Club deliveries occur four times per year in March, June, September and December. Each shipment month we charge your credit card on the 1st, and the wine leaves the Estate the next working day.

I WILL BE AWAY DURING MY NEXT SHIPMENT, WHAT CAN I DO?

If you will be away during the time that wine club orders are dispatched we can hold your order back at the Estate until a specified date. Just let us know by emailing wineclub@bluepyrenees.com.au.

CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS MY WINE IS SHIPPED TO?

If you have moved or would like to permanently change your address you can do this by logging in to your account and clicking ‘Update Shipping Address’.

CAN I ADD MORE WINE TO MY PACKAGE?

If you would like extra bottles added to your subscription package please call us on 03 5465 1111 or send us an email at wineclub@bluepyrenees.com.au.

WHAT IF I WASN’T EXPECTING THE WINE DELIVERY OR CREDIT CARD CHARGE?

Each delivery month we send multiple emails to the address specified in your account, as well as a text message if you have a mobile number listed with us.

If you would like to switch packages, skip a delivery or cancel altogether it is your responsibility to make any changes prior to the cut off date (the last day of the month prior to each shipment month of March, June, September and December). Unfortunately we are not be able to refund any orders after they have been processed.

You will receive an email once the payment has been processed to let you know your credit card has been charged and when to expect delivery.
