The Wine Club is about providing a unique and memorable wine experience. We understand for some customers the art of selecting the perfect wine for a special occasion, for a special someone or for dinner at home can be overwhelming with the breadth of choice available today. Our team at Blue Pyrenees have handpicked the best drops in a range of packages to suit your needs and make the process easy and hassle-free. These wines are delivered to your door four times per year in February, May, August and November although you can order extra wine at the Store at any time while your membership is active to receive your 25% member discount.
You are able to switch between package types as often as necessary. We process payments for recurring orders on the first day of each subscription month (February, May, August and November), so please ensure that your change is made prior to this date.
Yes. If you’re going away or simply don’t need any wine you can skip upcoming deliveries by logging in to My Account and clicking ‘Suspend’. You will then be able to choose the month that you would like your subscription to recommence.
Credit cards will be processed on the 1st of each month (February, May, August and November). Should payment fail on this day we will reattempt your credit card over a period of several days. Subscription packages are then sent the next working day after payment has been made.
Yes, our courier can leave the order in a specified place if no-one is available to take delivery of the wine.
Please enter your specific delivery instructions (Authority to Leave) when placing your order or adjust the address in My Account.
If you do not leave specific delivery instructions and you are not present at the time of delivery or if for any reason the carrier cannot deliver to your specified delivery address, a ‘Calling’ card with a contact number will be left at the specified delivery address.
The goods will then be returned to the carrier depot. If contact is not made within 7 days the wine will be returned to sender.
The wines in each package are chosen by our dedicated winemaking team and represent the best wines that Blue Pyrenees Estate has to offer. Individual bottles within these subscription packages are not able to be adjusted, however there is a selection of 35 different packages to choose from. View the selection here.
The Wine Club deliveries occur four times per year in February, May, August and November. Each shipment month we charge your credit card on the 1st, and the wine leaves the Estate the next working day.
If you have moved or would like to permanently change your address you can do this by logging in to your account and clicking ‘Update Shipping Address’.
Each delivery month we send multiple emails to the address specified in your account, as well as a text message if you have a mobile number listed with us.
If you would like to switch packages, skip a delivery or cancel altogether it is your responsibility to make any changes prior to the cut off date (the last day of the month prior to each shipment month of February, May, August and November). Unfortunately we are not be able to refund any orders after they have been processed.
You will receive an email once the payment has been processed to let you know your credit card has been charged and when to expect delivery.
